How do I confirm my booking?
Approve the quote on WhatsApp and we confirm a slot. We then send a secure Razorpay link to pay the ₹199 booking advance, which is adjusted in your final bill.
Can my bike be serviced at home?
Most routine services (oil, filters, chain, brakes, battery, tyres) can be done at your doorstep. If your problem needs workshop tools, our expert tells you on WhatsApp and we pick up the bike only after you share a one-time code.
How does the quote work?
Send us your build on WhatsApp. An expert calls or messages you, asks what is wrong, and sends an itemised quote. Nothing starts until you approve it.
What if more work is needed?
The mechanic shows you what is wrong and sends an itemised estimate. Nothing extra is done or charged unless you approve it.
Which bikes do you service?
All major brands: Honda, Hero, TVS, Bajaj, Royal Enfield, Yamaha, Suzuki, KTM and electric scooters for tyres, brakes and general checks.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel free up to 2 hours before your slot and the ₹199 is refunded. See our refund policy.
Is there a warranty?
Labour is covered for 15 days. Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty.
